Facilitate S&OP demand and supply planning inputs, monthly demand reviews, and cross-functional consensus meetings.
Align non-firm and firm demand with supply chain, factory capacity, supplier readiness, and financial plans.
Drive structured process execution across demand, capacity, and executive reviews (monthly and quarterly).
Lead collaborative, action-oriented discussions to identify and resolve constraints across operations, programs, finance, and supply chain.
Mediate stakeholder conflicts and align multiple functions to a single, integrated plan.
Partner closely with OSC Finance, Program Finance, POMs, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive planning execution.
Extract, consolidate, interpret, and visualize complex data sets from multiple business systems to support demand planning and executive decision-making.
Conduct scenario modeling related to supplier capacity, factory capability, manpower, material constraints, and long-term investment needs.
Identify planning risks, develop mitigation strategies, and present recommendations to leadership.
Create and deliver presentations to all levels of leadership, summarizing constraints, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Prepare executive review packages for quarterly S&OP reviews, capturing decisions and action-item follow-up.
Drive simplification, standardization, and maturity of S&OP processes, proposing tooling and system enhancements.
Promote consistent long-range planning practices and ensure data accuracy for aligned operational forecasts.
Requirements
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, supply chain, analytics, Sales and Operations Planning fields.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Minimum Secret Clearance from Day 1, TS preferred.
