Provide technical leadership for specialized support to cooperatives across the processes comprising the service area of responsibility, performing technical analyses and providing necessary guidance to cooperatives on each case;
Monitor and track support operations, aiming to meet agreed contractual KPIs/metrics;
Assess complex problems and propose solutions to meet users' needs;
Promote continuous process improvements by executing and managing action plans;
Serve as a point of reference for cooperatives and CAS companies in handling requests, focusing on meeting user needs, directing solutions, and following tickets end-to-end;
Prioritize incidents and problems in coordination with business and systems teams;
Align processes, lead action plans, and conduct operational trainings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Postgraduate degree is a plus;
