Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures for end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote and Ecommerce (B2B and B2C) use cases
Define and implement complex pricing models, including bundled structures, tiered discounting, and pricing logic shopping
Define integration patterns between the pricing engine and upstream and downstream systems, including ERP and CRM
Partner with operations, commercial/sales, and other functional and technical teams to translate complex business requirements and 'edge-to-edge' pricing scenarios into clear, technical specifications and designs.
Proactively engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact; influences overall business strategies of customer organizations.
Communicates strategic IT decisions and plans and works to achieve alignment at the top level of the business, function, or geography.
Identifies leverage opportunities where IT can provide cost-effective, standard solutions to meet the needs of multiple business/function/geography organizations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience.
Experience and expertise in defining technical architecture and designs to support and enable various pricing strategies
Experience working with dynamic pricing and offer management software (e.g., PROS)
Deep knowledge of leading CPQ platforms and/or custom CPQ implementations
Advanced understanding of price books, attribute-based pricing, and complex approval threshold logic
Experience with APIs, middleware, and data exchange formats
Exceptional written and verbal skills.
