About this role
Role Overview
Collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to gather customer insights and develop patient-focused solutions.
Accelerates and optimizes customer engagement that drives incremental value for the customer, Pfizer and the patient within the IAT process.
Works closely with marketing colleagues and agency partners to help drive solutions that support mutually aligned goals for the customer and Pfizer.
Develops an optimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating, and improving patient care aligned with appropriate goals and KPIs.
Contributes to the overall operational excellence of I&I engagement with key accounts.
Requirements
Earn a B.S. or B.A. degree.
5+ years of Pharma or Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing Experience.
Prior local and/or in-line marketing experience with strong history of achievement and performance (4+ years).
Extensive experience in health system/MG/IDN Sales, Account Management or other customer-facing role.
Proven ability to develop insights, strategy, and tactical plans.
Cross functional experience is preferred.
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
