About this role
Role Overview
Manage client accounts in the Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Leisure segments
Proactively acquire new business clients and identify sales opportunities in lodging and events
Prepare and negotiate corporate contracts
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Conduct corporate and client visits as well as property/site tours
Analyze the property's position and continuously monitor market developments
Develop and implement efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies
Create action plans, analyses, and reports
Maintain brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems
Requirements
Several years of experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B
Strong customer network and market knowledge
Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills; confident professional demeanor
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to travel within the sales territory
Strong sense of hospitality
