- Ensure efficient operation of the plant
- Perform ongoing training of Plant Operators
- Develop and maintain Plant Operating Manual.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing multiple sites or management experience in a central plant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree preferred or FE working towards obtaining PE.
