Carry out prospecting and identify contacts within target companies across all sectors, with a particular focus on the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Develop and propose a prospecting strategy and action plan to your mentor.
Accompany your mentor to client meetings.
Provide support for responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Coordinate product loans for end-customer projects.
May deliver sales and marketing presentations to clients (market trends, product usage, technological vision, etc.).
Handle leads provided by the marketing department.
Organize showroom visits with your mentor.
Participate in client events (hospitality events, product presentations, training, etc.).
Facilitate sales meetings.
In the second year of the apprenticeship, responsibilities and scope of actions may be expanded following a review with your mentor.
Liaise with the Sales Director, product managers, pre-sales engineers and communications managers.
Report all information regarding customer needs, market developments and competitor products.
Analyze and present the sales team’s quarterly results.
Produce prospecting activity reports.
Provide updates on project progress to internal teams (distribution, wholesalers, marketing, pre-sales, after-sales, Europe, headquarters, etc.).
Provide competitive intelligence (sales & marketing) and technology monitoring (trade shows).
Share your schedule with your mentor.
Enter all dossier data into Samsung IT tools, such as Salesforce, and complete any other required reporting in accordance with communicated deadlines and rules.
May request pricing from Korea using Salesforce.
Submit quote requests to distribution management using Salesforce.
Ensure all legal documents are validated through internal processes.
Update the quotations you are responsible for.
Requirements
Master's degree level education (Bac +4/5) or equivalent
Strong interest in electronic products and digital solutions
Dynamism, analytical mindset and proactivity will be essential to successfully carry out your duties
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, results-oriented and ability to manage complex situations
Team player, excellent listening skills, organized, autonomous and an effective communicator
