Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

• Provide the highest standard of technical service and support to our customers
• Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation across private pathology and hospital pathology customers
• Perform preventative services to improve instrument reliability
• Work closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure effective first-time fix rates

Requirements

• Equivalent of 3 years in industry experience in service, technical support, or plant maintenance, preferably within the pathology diagnostics industry
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
