Own regional business outcomes across quality, delivery, customer experience, cost, and people results for a multi state Applications organization
Lead through people leaders (manager of managers) with accountability for leader capability, performance management, engagement, and succession readiness
Build and execute the regional operating plan, including demand forecasting, capacity modeling, prioritization, and trade off decisions
Own financial stewardship for the region, including controllable expense (travel, overtime, productivity/utilization) and execution within operating targets
Establish and sustain a rigorous operating rhythm (Daily Management / Policy Deployment), translating performance data into durable corrective actions
Serve as the regional integration point across Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, and Commercial leaders to resolve systemic issues and deliver shared outcomes
Lead enterprise or cross-regional initiatives with measurable impact beyond direct span of control
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years’ experience OR master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience
Demonstrated accountability for regional or multi site performance outcomes (quality, delivery, customer experience, productivity)
Demonstrated accountability for financial or cost management, including controllable expense, capacity, or productivity decisions
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, Commercial)
