Advising and supporting managers in HR-related decisions: recruitment, work-time organization, absence management, performance reviews, training, promotions, conflict resolution and managing departures
Managing skills and competencies: internal mobility, career development, development plans and support for professional retraining
Implementing and monitoring HR processes: annual reviews, people reviews, compensation policy and other structural arrangements
Acting as an intermediary between employees and HR Administration / Payroll services for all matters related to the application of employment contracts
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor and social legislation, guaranteeing conformity of practices
Liaising with external bodies: labor inspectorates and occupational health services for the managed sites
Leading local employee representative bodies (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee
CSSCT
and local employee representatives)
Actively contributing to cross-functional company projects, providing HR expertise to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
At least 5 years of experience in an operational HR role
Good command of labor law
Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Analytical mindset, rigor, strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
Ability to travel occasionally to the relevant sites
Professional working proficiency in English.
