Senior Manager, Hematology Area Business Specialist

Role Overview

• lead a team of field-based Oncology Area Business Specialists
• accountable for the management, development, and training of the Oncology Area Business Specialists
• build a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team
• develop capabilities and training to facilitate site penetration and brand productivity
• connect with key external customers to gain insights
• partner across the other Oncology Field teams in a compliant manner
• coach Oncology ABSs to work with field partners to assess sales opportunities
• assist in providing solutions to key decision makers at community parent accounts

Requirements

• minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• minimum of five (5) years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales industries
• minimum of three (3) years of people management experience
• minimum of three (3) years of Oncology experience
• demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to success
• excellent business acumen, leadership skills, and knowledge of site of care operations and reimbursement
• a valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and willingness to travel as needed or required, at least 50%; which may include overnight/weekend travel
