Role Overview
Own customer requests end-to-end, from policy reinstatements to surrender requests.
Connect with customers, gathering information, offering updates, and providing a genuinely supportive experience.
Maintain accurate records by updating key details in our systems with precision.
Investigate customer requests, collaborating with colleagues to reach the best possible outcome quickly.
Stay compliant with all company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
Warm, approachable, and a natural communicator who enjoys helping people.
Someone who values accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
A supportive team player who can also manage tasks independently.
Experienced in customer service — and if you have industry experience, even better!
