Focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees.
Lead a team of L&D professionals effectively to deliver desired results.
Work closely with L&D Global strategists to ensure best practices are adopted and aligned.

MBA / Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Overall experience of 12+ years in L&D and having managed new hire domain training at scale.
Strong experience and expertise in managing & executing end-to-end training lifecycle for Assurance business.
Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with calm and gain win-win outcomes
Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
Understand stated and unstated needs to design learning solutions based for business based on stakeholder interactions
Should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning design and project management.
Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador.
