Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or Statistics
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Intelligence, or Strategic Planning, preferably in distribution companies or high-value B2B sales operations
Deep understanding of Inbound (MQL/SQL), Outbound (Cadences, Lists) and Customer Success (Upsell and Cross-sell) dynamics
Analytical skills: Ability to manipulate complex data and turn it into business recommendations (advanced Excel; SQL is mandatory; Power BI; Python)
People management: Previous experience leading analysts and developing technical talent
Tools: CRM experience is essential; familiarity with Ploomes is a plus
Profile: Problem-solver, clear executive communication (for preparing and delivering presentations), and ability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority
