Role Overview
- Manually prepare, populate, and file SAR and/or STR forms based on investigation outputs and established templates
- Ensure all regulatory reports are completed accurately, consistently, and within required deadlines
- Perform data entry and validation across multiple compliance systems and regulatory portals
- Follow documented procedures and escalation paths; flag data gaps or inconsistencies for review
- Collaborate with investigators and senior team members to clarify information needed for filings
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance operations, financial services, or high‐volume data entry roles
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage repetitive, detail‐oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience working in a financial institution or FinTech environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with FinCEN, FINTRAC, or similar regulatory bodies (preferred)
