Role Overview
- Assist in managing & progressing a litigated caseload of Motor Defendant Insurance cases
- Appropriately apply technical principles for proactive settlement of cases
- Work in line with client SLAs for the files
- Proactive use of case management systems
- Prioritise and organise work efficiently
- Review and gather medical reports and records for injury claims
Requirements
- Real interest in Motor Insurance cases
- Tangible experience running a complex Litigated Motor Insurance Caseload
- Sound knowledge of Part 7 Fast Track, OIC or MOJ
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Business acumen and understanding of clients' needs
- Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Visual Files case management system
