Role Overview

• Collaborates with the Outlet Center leadership team to map operational workflows and draft improvements.
• Supports Project Outlet workstreams by developing documentation and operational guides.
• Analyzes existing processes and provides feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in operations, project management, process improvement or related business functions.
• Interest in operations, process improvements or project management.
• Interest in further developing problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
