Drive sales in territory by developing & maintaining relationships with new and existing advisors through 1:1 calls, client events, training/education, group presentations, etc.
Influence advisor choice through the use of a consultative process and other techniques/systems.
Work with leader to research and manage territory to execute on sales plan.
Build and maintain relationships with internal/external partners.
Research and communicate industry changes and trends.
Travel within territory to conduct in person 1:1 Advisor sales calls and client events.
Represent WMS at National, Regional and Industry related meetings.
Manage and develop systems to create efficiencies.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in financial services industry in a selling role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Series 7 required upon hire
Series 63 & 65 (or 66), or the ability to acquire within 90 days
Ability to travel (~25-35%) to support team and client needs and live within territory
