The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for coordinating orders and projects requested by Deluxe’s customers.
They will be responsible for all aspects of job coordination, including client communication, job entry, cross-functional department communication, project tracking, order delivery, and billing.
They will create loyal customers by providing exceptional customer services.
The AC will have a desire to build technical proficiency in digital media so they can effectively partner with customers, team members and operations to achieve the customer’s defined mastering and servicing goals.

Must demonstrate the ability to handle self professionally in a high stress situation.
Must be organized, reliable, conscientious, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Be comfortable with a spider-web delegation model, not a hierarchical model
Maintain a high level of confidentiality of Deluxe and customer/client sensitive information.
Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, order processing, project management, and database software.
