About this role
Role Overview
Manage an existing portfolio and develop new clients across Wallonia.
Identify the specific needs of industrial companies in the region and translate those needs into concrete projects.
Achieve defined commercial KPIs and growth targets for your territory.
Develop, together with the Sales Manager, a commercial development plan for your sector.
Optimize customer satisfaction and retention through local, proximity-based service.
Translate customers' technical requirements into clear briefings for our internal teams.
Conduct active prospecting: company visits, participation in regional trade shows and professional events, etc.
Contribute to the preparation of complex proposals, tender responses, and certain internal projects.
Requirements
Master's degree
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Sales Manager, preferably in technical or bespoke B2B sales.
Comfortable working in an environment where the product is adapted to customer needs.
Ability to analyze requests and assess the technical feasibility of solutions.
Curious, eager to learn, and interested in trends in the industrial sector.
Comfortable in a context of growth, innovation, and internationalization.
Excellent communicator, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Excellent command of French and Dutch; knowledge of English is a real long-term asset.
