You develop customized packaging solutions for customers together with the internal sales team and the design centers
You continuously expand our customer base
You develop concepts considering the entire supply chain
You align customer expectations with our business priorities and identify new business opportunities through unique solutions
You identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our customers' supply chains
You derive action plans from continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency and profitability
Requirements
You have completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree, or possess an equivalent qualification
You have field sales experience with a packaging manufacturer, ideally in corrugated board, and preferably live in Southern Germany — ideally in Hesse, Baden‑Württemberg, or Bavaria
You work in a structured, customer-focused way and enjoy working in a team
You are a brand ambassador and results driver within a complex matrix organization for DS Smith, living our philosophy and winning business through innovation
You are a skilled negotiator, engage proactively with stakeholders, and generate growth through entrepreneurial actions
