Role Overview
Responsible for corporate benefits administration
Processes domestic employee weekly and biweekly payroll
Ensures SOX compliance in Payroll related matters
Implements and maintains garnishments
Prepares payroll journal entries and accruals
Completes employment verifications
Administers timekeeping system
Coordinates state payroll tax registrations
Provides information for audits
Manages invoice reconciliation and billing process
Coordinates open enrollment activities and compliance
Requirements
3-5 years of payroll processing and payroll tax reporting experience
3-5 years benefits administration required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to work in a team environment
High level of initiative and strong work ethic.
