Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Croatian and English
• Participate in rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00)
• Complete mandatory training phase on-site in Athens before potentially transitioning to remote work

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (C1+) and English (B2+)
• EU citizenship or full working rights in the EU
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and start on-site
• Availability for rotational shifts
