Ability to read medical notes and write correspondence

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to two years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Windows-based applications
ability to multi-task with dual monitors and swiftly enter information using keyboard
ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
prior experience in an administrative business environment is highly preferred
experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
