Role Overview
- Conduct initial conversations with interested apartment owners
- Accompany apartment owners through to the closing of the sale
- Team Leads support the development of the teams
- Participate in onboarding and regular coaching sessions
- Develop long-term career prospects within a rapidly growing startup
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
- Eagerness to develop communication skills and learn from our experienced team
- Strong speaking and listening skills
- Teamwork, supporting others, and celebrating success
- Interest in the digitalization of the real estate industry
- Sales experience is not required
