Our current team in Germany consists of 6 sales interns who handle the initial conversations with interested property owners
8 Sales Managers who demonstrate our platform to property owners
Assist them in selecting the right offer and accompany them through to closing the sale
Team Leads responsible for the development of both teams
Intensive onboarding that takes place during the first 3 weeks
Regular team exchange and feedback sessions to ensure continuous development
Opportunities to take on additional small projects and help further develop the Sales and Marketing areas
