- Handle inbound calls, texts, and support tickets
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate assistance to customers experiencing issues
- Resolve common problems on the first contact when possible
- Support operators and internal operations for seamless day-to-day activities
- Own tickets end-to-end with accurate troubleshooting and documentation
- Identify issues requiring advanced technical work for escalation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a call center or product support environment
- Methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support
- Experience in product or technical support
- Familiarity with vending machines or credit card processing technologies is a plus
