Court Operations Associate, Appeals Unit

Role Overview

• Acts as a liaison between the State Court of Appeals Unit, judicial staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Process exhibits for appeals cases by verifying all necessary information
• Provide backup to the Contact Center by answering phones for a minimum of two hours per day
• Manage court records for all case types
• Perform administrative work in the office by performing high-level case processing and data entry work
• Assist the Centralized Contact Center by answering questions regarding all divisions from the public, attorneys, and stakeholders via phone

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of relevant job experience or greater
• Access to reliable internet connection is required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Ability to listen and interpret the nature of a problem
