Conceptualize, pitch, and execute special operations for dedicated advertisers from briefing through final reporting.
Contribute to strategic media planning across on
and offline channels (multimedia).
Develop media strategies to implement collaborative content programs (including negotiation) with media partners.
Help write recommendations and sell solutions for your client portfolio.
Coordinate projects internally and externally: strategic planners, media experts, production and post-production teams, publishers' ad sales/operations, etc.
Monitor the audience performance of ongoing campaigns and stay up to date with media tools.
Attend client meetings and ensure day-to-day account management and relationship follow-up.
Produce media performance reports for campaigns.
Conduct daily monitoring of brand content, social & innovative activations, and new publisher formats.
Requirements
1–3 years' experience in special operations or brand content, either agency-side or on the publisher/advertiser side.
Multiplatform experience, especially TV and digital/social media.
Strong storytelling skills: you know how to captivate, persuade, and engage your audience with your ideas.
Creative and agile mindset: you adapt quickly, handle diverse topics, and bring positive energy to the team.
Fluent across multiple media: TV, digital, and social media.
Always on top of the latest trends, with a strong sensitivity to media culture.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills; you are a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Confident presenter: you can defend your ideas clearly and with impact.
Fluent in English.
