Create messaging and cadences/campaigns to reach out to target accounts with relevant value statements and positioning
Communicate frequently with enterprise Sales Directors to ensure execution of agreed-upon outreach strategies and refine based on what is working/not working
Use industry and business insights to research accounts, identify key players, and develop relationships to nurture and qualify leads
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists and strategies, driving growth across prioritized markets
Collaborating with the SDR team, sharing best practices and insights to amplify success across the team and beyond
Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, etc.
Generate new sales-qualified introductory meetings for the sales directors, who will then conduct discovery and determine if an opportunity is present
Manage and track all activities to ensure data accuracy and effective follow-ups
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Ability to follow outreach scripts effectively while adapting to conversations, and confidently handle objections to move discussions forward
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
