Primary point of contact for security escalations from our customers and our 1st-level support team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex security-related issues, especially those related to ML-based security solutions.
Provide solution-oriented support for cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Conduct security reviews and compliance checks, and assist customers with implementing best practices.
Improve and automate security and support processes across IT operations.

Completed IT training or equivalent experience as a system administrator — ideally with a focus on IT security.
Hands-on experience with MDM systems (security policies, application control, conditional access).
Strong understanding of securing Windows environments and cloud security (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, Sentinel, STIGs).
Bonus: experience with SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM or frameworks such as ISO 27001 or BSI IT baseline protection.
Customer-focused, patient, and committed to a security-minded approach.
Practical, proactive, and solution-oriented in daily work.
Fluent in English (C1).
