Help oversee the organization's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
Assist the senior accounting team with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
Process accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements.
Ensure the integrity of financial data.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
Must have one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivables and/or General Accounting experience or equivalent.
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Knowledgeable using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
In-depth understanding of US and PH accounting principles and standards.
Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous.
