About this role
Role Overview
Manage and strategically develop the region and key/focus accounts within the assigned sales territory
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers at decision-maker user and management level
Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value
Develop and execute account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration
Support customer acquisition and the expansion of market presence through targeted strategies
Deliver sales presentations, manage pipelines, and effectively utilize CRM systems
Oversee the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract closure
Contribute to revenue forecasting and ensure consistent growth of customer pipelines
Requirements
Degree in a technical or business field, ideally with a background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
Experience in account management or B2B sales of complex, technical products
Strong technical understanding, ideally in test & measurement, electronics, or industrial environments
Proven track record in building and growing strategic customer accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
Very good German and English language skills
Residence in Baden-Württemberg or nearby is required
Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
