Role Overview
- Proactively communicate shipment status with customers and overseas agents
- Prepare and issue quotations for customers
- Manage orders and jobs end-to-end, ensuring accuracy of data, milestones, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy of documentation and data in internal systems
- Coordinate in English with overseas agents for shipment follow-ups and routine inquiries
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics operations
- Proficient in communication and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus
- Experience working with international shipping
- Strong problem-solving skills
