Serve as a primary operational point of contact after the client’s initial purchase of human-derived or pharma-related materials.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Support forecast consolidation, demand visibility, and pipeline accuracy in coordination with the commercial and supply chain teams.
Lead coordination across sales, marketing, product, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to support complex deals and enterprise accounts.
Identify and support opportunities to expand orders as client programs progress or scale up.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in sales operations, client management, supply chain coordination, or commercial roles in pharma, biotech, cell therapy, diagnostics, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven ability to analyze forecasts, sales pipelines, and operational risks.
Experience collaborating with QA, supply chain, operations, customer service, and commercial teams.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ERP platforms, and analytical tools.
