Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team
Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline
Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads
Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot and report on performance metrics
Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings
Demonstrate mastery of AI tools for sales outreach and pipeline automation

Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills
Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation
Comfortable using CRM systems and skilled at incorporating AI into daily tasks
Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems
Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort while managing vendors
