Design, launch and perpetually optimize comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms to drive sustainable, measurable demand generation
Direct and manage the entire paid media budget, dynamically allocating spend based on real-time performance, LTV and strategic growth goals
Own the rigorous A/B testing framework across ad creatives, messaging, targeting and landing page UX to ensure continuous performance uplift
Utilize ad tracking tools and our reporting stack (including Hubspot) to deliver sophisticated, actionable performance reports and attribution insights to leadership
Identify and implement conversion rate optimization strategies across the paid acquisition funnel to increase lead quality and volume
Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure messaging alignment, creative excellence and seamless lead handover
Requirements
Proven AI-Driven Paid Acquisition Experience: Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of managing paid ads user acquisition through AI agents.
3+ years of dedicated experience managing high-budget, full-funnel paid advertising for B2B SaaS companies
Demonstrated success in multichannel campaign management and strategic budget allocation across platforms
Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking implementation, performance analytics tools, and working with advanced attribution models.
Proven experience working with and optimizing campaigns for international and global markets
A solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques applied specifically to paid ad landing pages and creatives
Proven experience developing multichannel complex campaigns explicitly mapped to the customer journey of a SaaS B2B product (e.g., separating awareness, consideration and decision-stage objectives)
Proven experience with creatives and landing pages ideation, taking concepts from initial idea to full production and optimization (including defining copy, design inputs and technical deployment)
