Lead complex implementations of new products with healthcare operators and insurers;
Act as the primary interface between the client and Conexa during strategic technical projects;
Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams;
Develop intelligent automations using tools such as n8n and AI;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital transformation in implementation workflows;
Manage projects autonomously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and a positive customer experience;
Perform advanced configurations, testing, and technical validations;
Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements;
Deliver training and support customers as they evolve in their use of the solutions.
Requirements
Solid experience implementing and configuring systems based on technical scopes and business rules;
Ability to operate in a consultative and strategic manner with stakeholders;
Clear, structured communication focused on problem-solving;
Analytical profile with a strong data orientation and commitment to continuous improvement;
Experience identifying and implementing process and workflow optimizations;
Experience or familiarity with process automation and applied AI;
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions;
Ownership mindset, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
