Head of Marketing

Role Overview

• As Head of Marketing & Performance Marketing, you take responsibility for our entire marketing strategy.
• You lead the team, develop clear structures and processes, and ensure that good ideas translate into measurable results.
• You are responsible for the entire marketing area, from performance to content to community.
• You develop strategies, set priorities, and maintain a clear, consistent strategic direction.
• You bring solid experience in paid social—especially on Meta.
• You lead the existing team and help us continue to build it out.
• With a clear focus on brand & storytelling, you consider our brand holistically—from the first touchpoint to long-term brand loyalty.
• You love numbers and dashboards, test hypotheses, optimize funnels, and derive actions that truly work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or an agency
• Solid performance marketing expertise—operationally strong on Meta in particular
• Team lead experience: you have previously led and developed a marketing team
• Brand understanding: you love strong brands, good design, clear messaging—and know how to bring all of this together consistently.
• Analytical thinking, confident handling of KPIs, tools, and budget management
• You bring the drive to tackle challenges, think solution-oriented, and are eager to take on responsibility.
