About this role
Role Overview
- Perform balance sheet consolidation;
- Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements (ITR/annual financial statements), including free translations;
- Interpret and apply accounting standards CPC/IFRS, performing analyses of day-to-day transactions;
- Prepare technical memoranda and variance analyses, interacting with areas such as Finance, Controllership, Investor Relations (IR) and FP&A;
- Support corporate and M&A transactions, preparing supporting schedules and workpapers;
- Prepare and analyze accounting and management cash flows;
- Serve as the focal point for internal and external audit processes and SOX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems;
- Intermediate English;
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Preferred:
- Experience with Cognos Controller, CDM or TM1;
- MBA in Controllership or IFRS;
- Experience in publicly listed companies with reporting to CVM/SEC.
