Requirements
5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions.
Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions—familiarity with AI-assisted research synthesis is a plus.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including experience with AI features within these tools (e.g., Figma AI, Bolt, Cursor, Lovable).
Deep experience with design systems—from consuming to contributing at scale.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., React or web components).
Ability to craft creative solutions while working within existing frameworks and constraints.
Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research workflows.
