About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication
Partner with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand services
Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement
Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development
Requirements
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Experience in account management, client success, or a related field (preferably in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
