Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
Drive qualified lead generation for staffing/BPO services
Build multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, SEO)
Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition
Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
Improve MQL → SQL → Closed Won conversion rates
Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams
Design account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate
Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI
Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards
Run A/B testing and growth experiments
Strengthen brand positioning within staffing/RPO markets
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities

8+ years of growth marketing experience
Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies (required)
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles
Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Experience building demand generation engines
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience scaling staffing firms in the U.S. market
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM)
Background in high-growth or startup environments
