Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Overview

• Perform varied Accounts Payable duties including vendor statement review and data entry.
• Monitor the Accounts Payable centralized mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Audit and verify employee expense reports and correct errors.
• Assist with check and ach payments as requested.
• Assist with year-end audits and 1099 processing.
• Perform special assignments as needed

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel
• Familiarity with one or more accounting systems is preferred.
• Deltek VantagePoint experience is strongly preferred.
