Role Overview
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Code invoices to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
- Enter invoices into the ERP/accounting system.
- Prepare and schedule payments.
- Ensure payments are made within agreed terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve differences.
- Assist in month-end close.
- Review AP aging reports and investigate overdue items.
Requirements
- Accounting or bookkeeping background.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- QuickBooks experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
