Role Overview
- Support business development and operational projects in line with growth plans, particularly in Digital Physiology.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Provide support in acquisition and integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, operations, and science) to gather information, support initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of changes.
- Assist with reporting and analytics, preparing summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide support during system and process changes, including documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Support long-range business operations initiatives through research and data preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and go-get mentality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the necessary discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in exploring digital tools to drive efficiency.
- Proficient in PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with different teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English
