Partner with product owners, strategists, stakeholders, architects, developers, and users to deliver high-impact, user-centered digital solutions
Conduct and synthesize UX research to uncover user goals, decision patterns, workflows, and information needs
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities, including: User and stakeholder interviews Persona development and Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) analysis Usability testing and heuristic evaluations A/B testing and experimentation
Translate research insights into actionable design strategies and measurable experience improvements
Create journey maps, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Design modular, reusable components aligned to our design system and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Write Agile-ready user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team
Communicate design rationally to cross-functional teams
Contribute to UX best practices, design system maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion user-centered design thinking across product teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
Experience as a User Experience (UX) designer, interaction designer (UI), or similar role
Experience with designing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
Experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and the creation of personas, journey maps, and workflows
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
