Independent management of invoicing for all projects across multiple subsidiaries and countries
Processing and reconciliation of intercompany settlements in accordance with group-wide guidelines and relevant accounting standards
Acting as a liaison between clients, project management and external partners
First-level support for all billing-related issues and systems
Maintenance and management of master data
Handling of the dunning process
Support with reporting and quarterly and annual financial statements
Identifying opportunities for optimisation and contributing to the further development of processes

Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, BHS, HLW) or equivalent qualification
Ideally 2–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role
Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills would be an advantage
A strong willingness to learn and flexibility when dealing with new tasks
A strong aptitude for numbers and a structured, analytical and precise approach to work
A high degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and a team
and service-oriented approach
Fluent in German and English
