Support the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for products, features, and key initiatives. Ensure launches are informed by customer insights and aligned with business goals
Contribute to research efforts to understand user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics. Translate insights into clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning for internal and external audiences
Partner with Product, Brand, and Growth to craft product and brand narratives that communicate value and differentiation. Maintain consistent messaging across customer touchpoints to support adoption, engagement, and a cohesive customer experience
Track and report on go-to-market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption. Partner with Data to analyze results and identify opportunities for optimization
Requirements
2+ years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, ideally supporting SMB-focused products
You’ve supported launches or campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement
You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
You’re data-curious, comfortable interpreting performance metrics, and eager to learn from results
You’re highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You care deeply about the customer and are excited to bring their voice into your work
You have a bias for action, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that drives the business forward.
