Role Overview
- Manage the monthly budget process end-to-end
- Responsible for tracking spend across operational and capitalizable costs
- Own vendor relationships, POs, and invoice management
- Build and manage tracking systems and governance frameworks
- Be the business Intelligence & reporting partner with the BI team
- Create presentations with compelling data visualizations
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in managing Operations, Finance, or Programs within product development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Systems
- Strong financial acumen including P&Ls, LBAs, ROIs, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor/invoice management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management capabilities across all organizational levels
